Fishtank started its journey in 2005 in Belgium as a marketing agency. In 2016, under new management, we transformed into a dedicated Digital HR solutions consultancy, focusing on helping organizations modernize and streamline their HR processes.

In 2018, we moved our headquarters to Barcelona, and in 2022 we expanded into LATAM with Fishtank Consultancy México.

Today, we guide companies through their HR evolution with deep HRIS expertise, strategic insight, and a hands on, people centered approach. We specialize in selecting and implementing HR solutions, simplifying complex processes, and ensuring seamless integration.
